Wheelhouse's team is cooking up another Farm-To-Table dinner for us at Black Birch Vineyard and we can't wait to share the local fare and wine with you! On the evening of Saturday, July 16th, sit down with us and enjoy a four-course dinner paired with our fine wines. Here is a sneak peek of the menu. Wine pairings to come!
First Course:
Pork Dumpling with hoisin glaze
Veg option: leeks, shitake mushrooms, garlic
Second Course:
Grilled Tofu Satay with lemongrass herb marinade and peanut sauce
Salad Course:
Cabbage, ribboned carrots, red onion, fresh strawberries, toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and ginger vinaigrette
Entree:
Seared Scallop with coconut curry sauce, grilled corn succotash, and turmeric cilantro basmati rice
Veg/vegan option: Chickpea crab cake with coconut curry sauce, grilled corn, succotash, and turmeric cilantro basmati rice
Dessert:
Pandan Chiffon Cake with lemongrass Anglaise, tapioca pearls and corn cookie crumble
To simplify the table reservations, please reserve and purchase all tickets at one time when you reserve your seats. Tables are limited to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people.
