Salad
Mango Papaya Salad- Fermented shredded papaya served with diced mangoes over mixed greens with a garlic, onion coconut vinaigrette dressing.
Entrees

Chicken Caldereta - Pan-fried chicken in a tomato liver pate sauce with tomatoes, cheese, carrots, peppers, green peas, carrots, onion, garlic and ginger. A subtly sweet and savory stew with a light saltiness flavor served with ginger, garlic fried rice. (GF) 2020 Estate Pinot Noir
