We have teamed up with our friends down the road in Hatfield for a special evening of BBV wine and amazing food.
Chef Paul Hathaway and his wife Amy Goclowski own and run the restaurant. The Waxwing offers an eclectic selection drawing from Hathaway’s 30-plus years of experience working in restaurants, with dishes ranging from escargot, rabbit chow fun, clam risotto and duck frites to crispy squid and chicken schnitzel.
