A Night in Bangkok Wine Dinner [SOLD OUT]

East meets west with an evening of Bangkok-inspired cuisine paired with Black Birch Vineyard wines.

We are thrilled to team up with Chef Phillip Hillenbrand and his wife Supicha for a Bangkok-inspired dinner at Black Birch Vineyard. Phillip is from Northampton and trained at the Culinary Institue of America in New York while Supicha is from Thailand, bringing a creative twist and knowledge specializing in Thai dishes and desserts.

Join us for dinner at Black Birch Vineyard on Saturday, September 11 at 6:30. Enjoy a four-course meal paired with our wines.

Cost is $80/person (includes tax & gratuity)

Seating and ticketing are per table with a minimum of 2, maximum of 7. When purchasing tickets, select table size, use 'Add-on' options to add 1 additional person per table and be sure to also select the meal option for each individual in your group. Please select either the entire meal as the regular or the vegetarian.

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted with a glass of Epic Red and a spread of hors d'oeuvres.

Course One: Tom Kar Risotto - coconut, lemongrass, kaffir lime with chicken or tofu (vegetarian option) Wine - 2020 Estate Traminette

Course Two: Garden fresh rolls with tofu and tamarind, peanut sauce Wine - 2019 Riesling "Pendleton"

Entree: Tempura fried fish or tofu (vegetarian) with white wine, sweet chili garlic sauce, fried basil and peppers, served with ginkgo, barley rice. Wine - 2020 Estate Blaufränkisch

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Wine - 2019 Merlot
